I got up at 07h30 this morning with a splitting headache, almost certainly due to the detoxing of my body using H2O2. I have just joined Advanced Healing Techniques Begin now! and decided to get to work on my blood pressure first thing. The site is down for maintenance, so I went down to make some coffee. The kitchen window faces east and here is what met my eyes. Beautiful.
