Snow on Mudd Island

Where I live we don't get much snow. Today we have had the heaviest snow we have experienced so far. Coming from the wilds of Africa and having a heart that longs for the Tropics, in particular Belize, I do tend to become more peculiar than usual.

Here are a few photos my granddaughter took.

This is Scratch ~ my granddaughter's Kitten.

She wasn't at all certain that this snow thing was a good idea.

So she decided to put on the headlamps to see what it was all about.

But no, she still couldn't see, so she turned them on to bright.

This is mine. A view from my window the first thing this morning.
